(1) Section 3 or 3A. A person who violates or encourages to do so shall be punished with imprisonment for up to six months or a fine of up to five thousand rupees or both, depending on the amount of the offence, and compensation equal to the damage caused. A technical officer should be involved in assessing the damage.
(2) Any person who violates or abets any of the orders issued under Section 4 or Section 5 shall be fined up to two thousand rupees by order of the local authority.
(3) Any person who violates or abets any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made under this Act or the orders issued under this Act without prejudice to the punishment written in sub-sections (1) and (2) shall be fined up to one thousand rupees by the order of the local authority. br> (4) All the weapons, goods and things related to the offense in the possession of the person found guilty under this Act shall be confiscated by order of the local authority.
(5) If the offender fails to pay the amount of the fine under this Act within the specified period, it will be recovered from him by taking action similar to the government debt.
